Maria de Lurdes Araújo: The best private hospitality

The owner, a very interesting old woman, is a very good tourist guide. She knows the secrets of the island and knows what a tourist needs. In spite of speaking only Portuguese, this madam likes very much to talk to the guests. Soon, you feel here as a membre of this lovely family.
I must say, this good decorated old house is, perhaps, the best place to find a traditional family. If you are looking for this kind of accomodation, don't hesitate to contact this family.

This house is located just one foot from the port, and In this street you can find a travel agency. You can explore easily the village, on foot, from here.
Double rooms, twin bed, are spacious and VERY clean.
Behind the house, you have a garden where you have facilities to wash clothes.
