Hotel "Sajo" is situated nearby "Slovenska Plaza". With its comfort and exclusion it is one of the best hotels at the Montenegro coast. It has 78 beds. Rooms and sweets are with balconies overlooking the sea, equipped by cable TV, phone and mini-bar. Hotel has two restaurants, one in the hotel itself, and the other one in a glass garden. It also has two aperitif bars. Guests can use fitness center and sauna. A big roof terrace enables a beautiful view at the whole town, gives possibility of enjoying especially in the evening. There is a Rent-A-Car service available in the hotel. Also there is Non-smoking area, babysitting and pets are allowed.

During my visits to Budva, where I have been as many times as once in in June 2005 (in a package tour) I have experiences in living in as many hotels as one - Hotel Mirenza, local classification two stars, address Mainski put bb. From all of these one hotels where I have lived in Budva its is absolutely the best one.
The hotel has Internet pages but only in local language (http://mirenza.crnagora.co.yu/).
I have been in worse hotels with three stars so the place was OK . It is build in the year 2000. Restaurant Porto by Sloveska Plaza belong to same group (same owners or company) as the hotel so you get 10% discount in there.
If you don't hate walking the hotel is located by walking distance form Slovenska plaza (the beach). Slovenska Palza area can be fully occpupied by tourists but near by this hotel you can find restaurants where also local people are eating or drinking.

Slovenska plaza is the main beach of Budva, outside the old town, and it stretches along entire city coast. There is a huge hotel complex of Slovenska plaza, and a very long promenade full of funny stuff along the beach. In te summer it can be a mess to be around!

Slavic beach is the translation I think. The largest and busiest beach around Budva, but plenty of room for everyone. All the usual amenities, water sports, sun beds etc and at a reasonable price to hire.
Water is incredibly clear, little chilly in late May!, a good place to spend a sunny afternoon.

Me and a friend of mine are planning a trip to Budva in June/July, and we have a few questions:
1. We want to stay at a hotel, how is the quality at the hotels in Montenegro compared to other places in Europe?
2. Is there a huge diffrens between a three star hotel and a five?
3. The beaches; is the beaches in Becici less crowded than for exaple Slovenska Plaza?
4. Where would you recommand to stay, Budva or Becici?
5. I have read several rewievs, but no one mentions anything about criminals or things like that, would it be a problem for two girls to travel alone?
I hope someone is able to answer some of my questions:-)

Welcome in Budva!
1.The quality of hotels in Montenegro are like in Europe.
2.There are diffrent between three star and five star, but in Budva there are not hotels with 5*
3.If you caming in Jully Becici is less crowed then Slovenska Plaza.But in Budva and around Budva there are 18 nice small beaches where are not many people.You can take small private boat and go to some nice beach, in the moning and return in the afternoon.It will cost you about 10 euro per person for go and return.
4.Please stay in Budva.Much to do and night life are supper.
5.During the summer in Budva are about 50.000 tourists.90% of them are young people, caming to have good time.So please dont worry.
Please note:
In MOntenegro is Euro official curency.In Budva there are so many nice private apartments, so i suggest you to think to have a apartment instead room in hotel.
