by mini-pro-be-good

Dear all,
I'm trying to find the way to get from Podgorica airport to Petrovac bu public transport. taxi rates seem to be expensive. does anybody know phone numbers of public bus companies?

First are you talking about Petrovac na Moru?
If so than bus Podgorica-Budva, than local bus/taxi Budva-Milocher-Petrovac
Budva-Petrovac is around 26km & Budva-Milocher around 5km.
Another option is bus Podgorica-Virpazar-Petrovac na Moru.
Happy travels.

Travel Tips for Petrovac

To become romantic...

by Jeca011

The bay is surrounded by beauty from pine trees to little houses and cafe bars
it is not thumping music and does not have the night life like Budva but it has something more special. If you are not so romantic you will be with the lights over the little harbor wall, and the candle lit restraints toped with the stunning plaza and the multi colored sun sets.

Islands - Divers paradise

by Jeca011

Offshore from Petrovac are two islands: Katic and Sveta nedjelja (Saint sunday) with a small church which, as legend says, was built by a seafarer who was saved from a shipwreck on this island. If you love diving this is right place for you.

Nice holiday resort

by Jeca011

Petrovac by the Sea is a beautiful village located at the Montenegreen coast, approx. a half way between the towns of Budva and Bar.

Petrovac was first mentioned in the chronicles of father dukljanin. Once called Lastva, it was founded as a settlement in the late 18th and early 19th centuries of interest are two small churches, built in the 14th and 15th century, after wich the settlement takes its name, Kastel
Lastva.

Beaty and its time lessness are reflected in secular and religious buildings dating from late antiquity and early christianity where floor mossaics represent the earliest signs of art in this region. At Miriste beneath Petrovac in 1902 a mosaic was discovered from the 3rd or 4th century.
