Long beach
It is very windy on the long beach,so you can surfing with parachutes.
The beach is convenienced for little kids, becouse you can go far away before you get into deep water.Water is clean, with sand and shells. I feel free there.

Hello,
Me and my friend Jiri are going to travel through Montenegro to Albania (Shkoder), around the 15th-16th July. Does anybody know the timetable or fares of mibuses or the exsistence of a taxi service between Ulcinj and Shkodra?
Thanks a lot,
Franco and Jiri
Hello from Budva there are every day a minibus from Ulcinj to Skodra
In the morning and in the afternoon
The price is 4 euro per person
Regards
I was in Ulcinj in September and, according my informations, there is only one bus - 6:oo in the morning.
Bus only once a day, at least when we were there. Minibuses regularly, but no recommendable. If you have money, you can hire a taxidriver for the whole day for appr. 50 euros. Easy and comfy, 'cos the drivers are usually albanians and speak the lingo and know how to bribe in the border... :)

As space is limited for building, because of the situation at the bottom of a narrow valley, side alleys can be very narrow and visitors have better not to try to get there with a car. Leave it to locals !
On top of the entrance into Pasha Mosque, a verse of the Koran that prides the glory of Allah has been painted in Arabic scripture. I will try to get its translation from someone that is skilled in Arab. A double moon crescent has been painted in blue. Neither the color nor the double feature is usual.
Throughout most of Montenegro, the towns and cities have a small Albanian minority. However, the opposite is true in Ulcinj with a 90% Albanian population. All road signs in and around Ulcinj are bilingual with Albanian place names also included. In fact Ulcinj is more commonly known locally as Ulqin, the town’s Albanian name.
I have really been impressed by the city beach, Mala plaza in Serbian or Plazhi i Vog‘l, though, I am glad that it was not the place where we went to bathe !! By the way, is that bathing ? I suppose that it is more going to chat with neighbors than neither bathing nor swimming
