Great place!
Very nice hotel. Arrived here late at night after a train ride from hell and got an upgrade :). The room was very clean and nicely furbished and had a tv. There wasn't an aircon, but the temperatures in Belgrade weren't too hight, so I didn't miss one. The bathroom was large with one of these rain showers...very nice :).
Stuff was very friendly and helpful. A buffet breakfast was included in the price.
Location is ok, just a 15-20 minutes walk from the centre and the train station.

Good for the money
The building work looks set to finish very soon - when it is this will be a trully execllent small hotel.
The rooms are very well fitted and the bathrooms really stylish. We had a corner room with a superb view over the park - some may not be so lucky.
The breakfasts are excellent the location great and very central.
