stayed there for 2 nights, the hotel does have everything you may need, even more - a pool, conference room, etc. I've only tried the restaurant, that was absolutely ok and it was visited by locals as well. it has a free Wi-Fi Internet connection.
the cons are that it is outside the town and it is on the main way so it is noisy. despite the latter I slept well after sightseeing the whole day;
While walking in the downtown I've noticed other accommodation possibilities in Prizren - a hotel Centrum and a guesthouse nearby that definitely looked good and do have a central location
so, finding an accommodation in Prizren is not a problem at all;
next to the hotel there is a gas station, also named OK

Hotel Centrum: new hotel in town
Prizren has a new hotel in town called the Hotel Centrum. Tucked away down a side street a few minutes walk from the main square. €40 anight including breakfast although they do charge for a second cup of coffee, bit of a cheek i thought. However, couldnt really complain. Excellent rooms with bathroom and satalite t.v. Prizren like the rest of Kosovo is fantastic and two years on has improved remarkabably. But why is there so much rubbish everywhere?

Hotel Theranda: The best hotel in town?
Hotel Theranda (or was it the Prizreni? Its the one in the town centre, by the river) was apparently the best hotel in town. Which does not say much for the other local hostelries. Cold rooms with intermittent electricity and 70s dýcor ý but surprisingly good coffee and breakfast downstairs and an internet cafý in the lobby overseen by the chain-smoking leather-jacketed characters at reception.
