Castel Dracula at Borgo Pass
This newly built hotel (and ski resort) at Borgo Pass tries to use the Dracula theme, but unsucessfully. The architecture pretends to take on parapets, but is much too modern (with its neon sign) to be even quaint.
The interior is without either warmth or charm, and for a ski lodge, lacks a big central fireplace.
The restaurant's food is acceptable, Rooms are oddly furnished, with not very confortable beds.
I had the misfortune of not having any hot water -- I believe other rooms further down the hall got it all, before it made it to me. Telling the hotel desk that I had no hot water merely got me a shrug, and no follow up. Borgo Pass (Yes, the place where Jonathan Harker is picked up by Dracula's carriage without a driver), is very scenic.
