Hotel Parc: My pick for Alba
As the name says, it's situated near a rather large park. Being a local, I have no idea about the prices for accomodation, but I've used their recreation facilities (massage, pool, solarium) and I liked all of them. Also, it recently went through renovation, so that should give them some extra points
