This modern annex to an older hotel is a good business class hotel (deserves 4 stars by European standards, has 5 stars by local standards) in an excellent location on the edge of the central old town. The location is ideal for tourists since it is an easy walk to almost all sights.
Rooms are pleasant and well-furnished, with nice views. Service is friendly and there is a free internet station in the lobby. The breakfast buffet is generous and tasty.
I highly recommend this hotel and this town for a tourist visit. Since I traveled with a pre-paid package, I cannot comment on hotel price or value.
