kind of bad joke of a 4 star hotel
Outside is dirty, inside is cold, the PC with ADSL is a 10 yeras old machine blocked which makes weird noises, the room is greenish and horrible furnitured...
obviously not on my list of favorites hotel in Cluj
Unique Quality: must be the night bar & the strip club otherwise dont have a clue how on earth did they manage to get 4 star rating..
