    The Ibis hotel in Constanta is situated on the cliff top of the Black sea, some distance away from railway station. Usual high Ibis standards of service. They have a free security box service. Breakfast is good. Had evening meal in restuarant Mititei, mustard & fries [skinless sausage] £4.

    I will start this off by saying. I loved the Ibis Hotel. It is a one stop hotel for any type of traveler. The staff was very friendly and helpfull. There is a bowling alley, billard hall and casino in the bottom of the hotel. The hotel is in a central location just off the beach. Great restaurants are all around.
