You could fly with from London to Bucharest with the low cost airlines WizzAir ( http://wizzair.com/ ) or BlueAir ( http://www.blueair-web.com/index.php?LANG=EN ) and then catch a train or bus from Bucharest to Galati; check train timetables on http://infofer.ro/ (there are 7-8 direct trains daily between Bucharest and Galati) and bus schedules here: http://www.autogari.ro/Transport/Bucuresti-Galati/643-260.aspx?lang=UK

try bucharestlimoservice.com ,they will guide you with their cars with driver,cheapest luxury transport,i use them by 2 years as i travel often to galati
