Hi,
I have booked a plane ticket from London to Budapest for next Monday the 4th of June 2007, although my destination is (my birth place) Timisoara. How do I go about catching a train from Budapest to TM. Any help will be much appreciated.

Here is what I have found:
Leaving from East train station(take a taxi or minibus from the airport, with public it is complicated)
Budapest-Keleti pu. 09:45 15:40 4:55 - [R] -
2 Budapest-Keleti pu. 16:00 21:45 4:45 -

you have 2 direct train from Budapest-Keleti pu train station to Timisoara Nord train station:
1. daily train nr' IC 730 dep' at 09:45 and arr' at 15:40, Duration: 4.55 hours
2. not daily train nr' IC 746 dep' at 16:00 and arr' at 21:45, Duration: 4.45 hours [runs not every day, 29. May until 30. Jun]
apart from thos train you have more 4 train that go budapest-arad and in arad you change to train to timisoara.

The west University of Timisoara
The monument was made of grit stone and built in 1756 by the Viennese sculptors Blim and Wasswrburger.
In the centre, you can see St John Nepomuk, the spiritual patron of Banat Catholics since 1727, and above him, Virgin Mary with a wreath round her head.
The monument was built in the memory of the 1738-1739 plague victims.
Situata intr-unul dintre cele mai centrale si fregventate locuri ale orasului, Catedrala Mitropoliei Banatului are in fata vastul scuar al pietei Victoriei pe care-l incheie palatul de marmura al Teatrului National si a Operei Romane.
Timisoara must be the capital for Romania instead Bucharest. It's a beautiful country with beautiful places and most of all very nice people. It's situe on west of Romania.
This place mark the center of town in night. The building is Opera house.
