The Monument Of St John Nepomuk by viddra
The monument was made of grit stone and built in 1756 by the Viennese sculptors Blim and Wasswrburger.In the centre, you can see St John Nepomuk, the spiritual patron of Banat Catholics since 1727, and above him, Virgin Mary with a wreath round her head.
The monument was built in the memory of the 1738-1739 plague victims.
