Bricks are us
It might be a really good hotel for somebody else, but it wasn't for me. The beds were very hard (not just "firm") and I was uncomfortable. I would probably recommend it to others, but with that qualification.
Unique Quality: It is the tallest building in Bucharest, and there are good views from upper floors. Pool on 22nd floor. Good location.
One service I've never seen anywhere else: They had 7 different kinds of pillows in stock--If you didn't like your pillow, you could request another kind.

Great renovation, well done!
This old hotel in the prime center location has been renovated very nicely. Many rooms are now modern with all the amenities. There's a casino and a gym at the hotel. Also a pool, which we did not try. Restaurant at the ground floor offered some super fine cuisine at fair prices. The magazine shop however is a little sad. Tiny corner shop with a few english papers (huge import prices).
Unique Quality: The Club offers superb service and fine snacks. Also the gym staff were very friendly.

Dominate the city
In my time it was the best hotel in the city and I think he is preserving his reputation.
In the old time the parc of the hotel was the only safe parc of the city .
In a way we were oblige to stay in this hotel .Now nobody oblige me but I still prefer at this hotel

Hotel Inter-Continental Bucharest is centrally situated in the heart of the city. Hotel Intercontinental Bucharest is near the National Theater and Bucharest University and only a few steps away from the financial and business districts and many tourist attractions.
Unique Quality: The 423 rooms and 27 suites, all air-conditioned and centrally heated, offer an exquisite view of the city. Services include 24 hour room service, TV with in house movies, satellite, radio, same day laundry and valet service. Health Club is located at the 22nd floor and offers you a wide range of facilities such as a fully equipped gymnasium, sauna, solarium and an indoor swimming pool.

Probably the most known
This hotel is situated in University's Square, at the start of Magheru Boulevard. I haven't stayed here but it's really impossible for someone staying for at least a night in Bucharest not to see it. It's one of the tallest buildings in Bucharest, around 24 floors, and it has a restaurant with amazing views at its top. It was built in the 70's and it's rated five stars.
This is a novel picture of Intercontinental, taken from the new building of the Architecture Institute. The hotel is the tall building in the background. In between is the old building of the Architecture Institute.

High class hotel
Intercontinental Hotel is one of the best hotels in Bucharest. Do not expect low prices for rooms, services or dining as it is a five star hotel. And five star hotels in Bucharest are pretty epensive, even compared to other european capitals.
The hotel is as central as it could get. Actually, Universitatii Square is considered the center of the downtown area, sort of speak.
Hotel provides accommodation in 390 rooms and 13 suites (16 connecting rooms, 78 non-smoking rooms and 2 rooms for disabled guests). All guest room are equipped with remote control TV, 21 movie and satellite channels, 4 pay TV channels, changed twice a week, direct dial telephones, 1 line bathroom telephone, voicemail, bathrobes, minibar and in-room safe.
Unique Quality: This is the only hotel in Bucharest to offer one spectacular view of the city from its 21st floor location.
Facilities: 24hours reception desk, business center, beauty center, health center, restaurant, bars, car rental, stores, casino, shuttle transfer to OTP (Henri Coanda International) airport.
Also, the hotel provides five halls for various type of meetings:
1. Ronda - 470sqm - aprox.500px
2. Florentina - 273sqm - aprox.250px
3. Intim - 64sqm - aprox.35px
4. Mirrors Hall - 80sqm - aprox.50px
5. Hora - 130sqm - aprox.80px
Other facts: The hotel was built back in 1971 and it was for many years the tallest building in Bucharest. Now it is surpased only by the Parliament Palace, the Free Press building and the new headquarter building of the Romanian Bank for Development.

Symbol Hotel Of Bucharest
This hotel is one o the cities most famous sights, a place which every tourist know after visiting Bucharest. It was built in 1970 and was Romanias tallest building (around 80 meters) for more then thirty years. Today its a 5 stars high quality hotel that belongs to the Intercontinental hotels chain.
Unique Quality: The hotel has over 400 rooms that include air condition, satellite tv, minibar, high speed internet connection and more... at the general facilities there are 3 restaurants, gift shop. indoor pool, health club and more.

Parliament House
how far away is the parliament house from 4 blvd Nicolae Balcescu Bucharst 70121 Romania? and is there any entry fee?

The Parliament is just in a walking distance from Nicolae Balcescu Boulevard. You just walk down to Piata Unirii(the fountains area) where you will see the Unirea Shopping Centre(a big building with huge promotion wallpapers on it) then head to HVB Bank ,after that you will see the central fountain and from there you will see our huge Parliament Palace. Make note that the entrance is on one side of the building . Once you reach that big piazza in front of it head right on to a small park and from there cross the street at the headlight and you will reach it as you will see the cars and of course the flags. so the hotel is located at "PIATA UNIVERSITA" from there you can go by foot
to "PIATA UNIRII" 10 minute of relexing wolking and from there you can see
the "parliament house" it's 5 minute from "PIATA UNIRII".
