Nice apatments not far away from the center
This place was one of the positive things about our stay in Bucharest. The facilities in Residence Phoenix are excellent and top condition. Well-equipped kitchen, cable TV, internet connection, arms chairs etc. For 60 euros per night (2007), it was a bargain.
The only thing I'd have complained about was the service, but I became to notice during our trip in Romania, that it was just normal in Romanian standards..
