Try to visit the museums and particularly the open air Romanian Vilage Museum (probable unique in Europe).For the amators of nice beautifull Villas I would sougest a visit on the Embassies area ,Primaverii area , Cotroceni area , Polona area .There I saw some of the most beautifull , rafinate style houses .A beer on the 'A' Club
