I am not a museum expert but I have been in many of the worlds best museums. Without a doubt and in my openion, the Hermatage Museum in St. Petersburg Russia, ranks at the top of the list. The collections are world first class and the architecture and interior decor are outstanding. Don't miss the Hermatage if you are making a trip to Russia.
