I didnt stay here but some business associates did and I had dinner there several times. It, like the Astoria,is a Rocco Forte Hotel and visitors can use the Astorias facilities interchangeably.
I was staying at the Astoria and it felt like both places were home. If you notice even the phone number and reservations are the same.
Unique Quality: I used the onference hall, business centre and fitness centre and they were all A+.
Had dinner at the posh "Borsalino" Restaurant and briefly visited the Astoria Casino night-club.
The entire property is quite charming and St Isaacs Cathedral is literally accross the street.
Its is VERY unique.

transport.

though actually rooms feel a bit bland. Restaurants boasted as some of the best in town,

Unique Quality: Very good location. Some windows overview St Isaac Cathedral, is close to Neva River and 5min walk to Nevsky Prospekt and Hermitage.
