    The Grand Hotel Europe - one of the world's truly "Grand Hotels" with a history that dates back to the time of the Tsars. Great care was taken to preserve the building's distinctive nineteenth century architecture including its ornate baroque facade and elegant main staircase but also has surprisingly modern facilities of Russia's leading Hotel.

    It just a few steps off Nevsky Prospekt, the main avenue of St.Petersburg and most famous street of Russia.

  • Beautiful hotel, great food with a choice of several restaurants. Shopping is limited and very expensive

    Great furnishings - the hotel bar is really great - has several of the Fabrage Egg vodka sets that go for about 1500USD. Lots of big burly guys with ear pieces (the squiggly ones that bodyguards wear) all over the place when I was there.
