I rented three apartments in Nevksy 150, and they were tremendous in style and bargain. Modern (this word will come to mean a lot in Russia) with lots of windows, great location on Nevksy Prospect, comfortable bed, spacious living, dining, and bedrooms. And the bathroom floor was heated!!
This company sublets apartments all over St. Petersburg and can accomodate groups (like mine of 14 people). They will meet you at the location with keys in hand and accept roubles, dollars and euros. Do not confuse this location with a popular and ridiculously expensive hotel in the same building. And be sure to forward your travel info from train station or airport so they can meet you.
