New (2003) accomodation place
Very good modern hotel. Good service, clean rooms, good restaurant. Cheap, because not in very center of the city - 10 min walk from metro "Novocherkasskaya".
Unique Quality: Only 1 minus of its facilities - no air conditioning, but for S.-P. climate this could harm you only a couple of days in July. :-(
