I stayed here in January 2011 and was really impressed by this hostel. Admittedly, I am not a hostel expert, having stayed in a grand total of about six in my life, but even with this small basis for comparison, I can state pretty confidently that this place is amazing. It is a small hostel and very cosy and friendly in a great location. There is a nice big kitchen and free breakfast; the living room has guide books, a big TV, DVDs, and big comfy sofas. They also have towels, a hairdryer, lockers each with a plug socket in, plus all the usual things - free wifi, computers, telephone. The main thing about this hostel is how much at home you feel while you're there - it has a fantastic atmosphere and everyone is open and friendly.
Only slight negative: watch out for price rises around holidays.
