Hotel "At Lake": In "embraces" of Baikal

Surprisingly successful vacation spot.Some steps and you on coast of Baikal. The natural tree, noise of a surf, picturesque spirit of century pines are capable to replace many doctors. The hotel " at Lake " is ready to accept all-the-year-round up to 36 person.

- the comfortable double rooms (a refrigerator, the TV (satellite TV), a shower booth, a bowl, a toilet bowl)
- protected parking place
- a cosy bar (fans of fish delicacies, admirers refinement and sweetness will by all means find the favourite dishes
- fans of Russian steam room will appreciate bath
- spacious bower will contain the company of any size and you can try a shish kebab and prepare for a barbecue on fresh air
- in the winter: driving on snowmobiles, sledge, team dogs, underwater immersing, the present hill on ice of Baikal, a roundabout
- in the summer: fishing, water walks, backpackings, underwater immersing
- If you prefer to have a rest with children, in hotel " at Lake " very interesting children's playground.

Burduguz: Unification with the nature

Park-hotel "Burduguz" is located near to capital of Eastern Siberia of city of Irkutsk, near to a pearl of Russia of lake Baikal, on coast of one of picturesque gulfs of the river of Angara. The territory of hotel of 7.5 hectares also includes all necessary infrastructure for the high-grade and sated rest and business meetings. Park-hotel "Burduguz" is a complex from two number funds: four-storeyed classical business-hotel, capacity up to 120 person, and the two-storeyed wooden case, capacity up to 50 person. The infrastructure of hotel is equipped by all necessary for pleasant comfortable rest and effective and fruitful business meetings.

Hotel "Zvezda": Good rest for travelers

The hotel offers 18 rooms: 12 standard rooms, 4 studios and 2 luxes.
In every room there is a bathroom and mini-bar. Every room is eqipped with lond-distanse communication, Internet and satellite television. Attentive stuff will try to make your residence as comfotrable and pleasent as possible.
For corporative clients and costant gueats of the hotel "Zvezda" there is a flexible systeme of discounts.

Hotel Rus: Quiet hotel in the city centre

The room was clean and tidy, with television (Russian only), buffet breakfast and a small bar (enough room for 4 or 5 guests). There was one working girl who i had a long chat with about fish from Lake Baikal and my poor eyesight!

Unique Quality: It is a favourite with government officials.

If you book directly it much cheaper than through Intourist. The Russian embassy wouldn't except their invitation for my visa application, even though they had accredition of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

Its also handy for it ATM/ cash machine.

HOTEL ARENA: IRKUTSK

Pros :
- A relatively cheap option (by Russian standard) within city centre
- Within walking distance from the Central Market and Department Store

Cons :
- Unable to register the visa for you
- Inexplicably yelled at by the Russian woman-in-charge at 8am in the morning, when she came banging on our door and demanding payment for the coming night.
