hi
are there any hostels in russia,except for those in moscow and st.petersburg?
where can you take a room in siberia,with prices like in hostel?i have no idea what it is like with accomodation there,and i've read there aren't hostels in siberia.any possibility?

In Irkutsk, there is a hostel. Otherwise, fully agree with Neil.

In Krasnoyarsk there is Hotel Mayak, a rivership where the cheapest double room costs 400 R. Mind you, cheap hotels won't register you, well basically all that do not have computers.
In Irkutsk there is also a cheap enough hotel to the left of the bus terminal past the modern supermarket and across the street. Sorry I forgot the name.
