Sovetsk's Probably Only Hotel and the Rail Drivers
The Hotel is situated just right in the centre, in proximity of the Lenin's monument. And is cheap - you can get a room from as little as 2- 3 USD. I have not checked it...
The rail drivers dormitory offers only standard services - no warm water. The price is very low - about 2 USD. It is not easy to find and is situated in a fairly remote area of freight station.
