The newest hotel in the city I suppose. Although it is situated quite in a distance from the center. Although there is connection by trolley bus and mini bus as well as with taxi of course. The double room that was booked for me was RUR 1 900 (EUR 53) although my company has the lower price and the 'real' price could be higher.
