Volga Hotel***
Volga Hotel is situated just on the bank of Volga River and if you're lucky then you'll have a wonderful view from your room. Hotel though is quite far from the central part of the city but it is good connection by transport. I got a half-luxe room and it was RUR 2100 (EUR 60) per room including breakfast.
