Hotel, "Gastinitsa, Sanatori or Prodajoot Komnata": Staying in Sochi Adler

In Adler, like in the rest of Sochi, one can stay in three different ways. First there are some larger (international oriented) hotels. These are in the Sanatoria, as well as in the simple Tourist, class. The first offer various kinds of health relaxation programs, the last are just for staying with or without breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Second thereare the "Gastinitsa's" that are though often for Russians only. Last is the rooms for rent at Russian families. Along the streets in town often a sign marks "Prodajoot Komnata", which offers simple rooms with beds and a (joined) place for showering and preparing dinner (small kitchen and dinner table). This way of staying is relatively cheap and a perfect way to meet the Russians up close. However, lingual difficulties will definately appear if no-one in your group speaks any Russian.
The last possibility is staying in one of the Sanatori (Sanatoriums). Along the Black Sea many are built and now-a-days some also welcome foreigners.
