Oktyabr'skaya Hotel is situated in the beginning of Prospekt Mira, not far from Enisey River. The hotel is not in the central part and you haven't views from the room (like in Krasnoyarsk Hotel) but room is nice and the service is good. The single room was RUR 3000 fro me (EUR 88)per night.
