Very cool hotel
There was only 13 degrees in my room when went in. And of course no warm water.

Functional
We had a twin room with ensuite bathroom for 2000 roubles in 2004. We didn't prebook but after arrival in the morning just went along with other people to line up for a room and it wasn't a problem. We could have gotten a cheaper one but I wanted my own bathroom as we needed to do some clothes washing. I can't remember whether breakfast was included or not. We had a room facing the railway station.

Not expencive
It was not convient to check in into this hotel. Temperature in the room was +13 degrees centigrade. But anyway I was staying there three nights.
Restaurant with night dancing, cafe, buffet, 2 banquet halls, exchange point, banya, sauna with pool, washing and ironing services; beauty parlour, hairdresser's, dentist, car parking, fax and xerox services; superficial summer boat trips to "Pestchaniy" island
