Extraordinary help
Getting ill in Russia, being exspected the next day on a conference 10 hours by train away from the city you are actually in and not being able to communication in Russian language causes a complex situation that needs indeed extraordinary help: We got this specific support from a nice woman at the reception of Ibis Sibir Omsk. She captured very quick our circumstances, opened in fluid English our views of possibilities, sorted out what we could not do by ourselfes and made it possible that we could continue our journey.
15 minutes later at the railway station this miracle was finished and we were in the opposite world.
We highly recommand this Ibis hotel because we have never made such a professional, human and may be also wise expercience by a person in Russia.
