One reception lady is soooo nice ...

Unique Quality: the result

I stayed in 4 different rooms. In 3 of them , once i filled the bath tub it was impossible to drain the water.
Airco was leaking water during the night.
Internet ... russian manual. (yes, it needs a manual) ... once all is set, the server does not work.
swimming pool is not free ... about 100 euro for half an hour! Say what? (but you have privacy, caus you are always alone with these rates :-) )
restaurant is ex-pen-si-ve.
Every single service has a price. Whatever you can imagine.

... the other reception lady is the devil!!!

Hotel is very good though , ... only ... 100 euro a night? 5 Stars???

I went back one year later. 04/2009
The prices are a little lower, but still too much. And still this is not a 5 star hotel.
I connected to the internet server, but it will not accept the login and password given by the hotel. So again, a waste of time.
The devil woman is still there ... never thought is was possible , but she is even meaner than before. Never a smile...one emotion on her face. Maybe she OD on botox? ;-)
and now ... she had a little devil friend at the reception.
However , in the restaurant they've found somebody who is friendly and speaks excellent English.
