Azov Hotel Azov: Excellent Hotel to watch torture of animals!

Rustic, what I've come to expect in both service and room quality.

Extra special events like forcing trembling braying donkeys to hang glide, really made my trip special.

When they jerked the donkey off the beach at full speed, and you could hear his cries from the beach below, it was great fun. And when they allowed the donkey to land in the water and proceeded to drag him through the water for several meters, while he gasped for breath...was just priceless.

Needless to say I wont be coming back to this area. It's a shame too.

Unique Quality: Unique qualities? The locals treating animals like garbage on the street, thinking it will gain tourist dollars.

Hotels in Azov: Amax

The name of hotel is Amax with 93 rooms.

It is located in the cozy downtown and allegedly is a 3 stars hotel.Maybe.

There are no modern hotels competitors in town at the moment,that's why the service is poor enough and prices are high.A few years ago somebody has started to build a new private hotel just a few hundred yards away(see below).The construction work still continues.

At the ground floor of Amax hotel located a restaurant Petrovsky which is not too bad.

There's a phone number for inquires(but please note:people in Russia have very poor English):+7 (988) 5394773. Be ready if low paid reception staff will speak only Russian.

BTW I would prefer a private apartment in case to stay in Azov.
