Koniushenny Dvor: In Bavarian Style
The new hotel "Konushenny Dvor” (“Horse-Hof”) with VIP- rooms is situated on the picturesque bank of a pond near to the city centre of Ryazan.
You are waited there with cosines, silent and calm atmosphere, attentive service and excellent kitchen.
The hotel is located within easy reach of the city centre and the main tourist attractions. It is a part of “Konushennii Dvor” complex including a tavern, a bath house and a billiard club. The complex is built in Bavarian style.

Unique Quality: Accommodation consists of 18 guest rooms and a detached Hunter's cottage (meeting facilities up to 36 persons). All rates include complimentary breakfast. Room service is available till midnight. There is also a parking for cars.

Lovech: Hotel "Lovech"
It is definetely not the best hotel in Ryazan' but corresponding to its' price. Just for 400-800 RUR ($15 - $25) per person you will get clean room with facilities, hot water (last one is not an obvious option in Russia) and even simple breakfast. Possibly the price is different for foreigners. The only foreigners we saw in a hotel were 25 Yemen pilots who study in the Ryazan Flight Academy.
Unique Quality: Serious "minus" is the location - far from tourist center and close to the railway station. Railway stations in Russian provincial towns are usully criminal and dirty places. But the VERY BIG gun of the hotel guard shows you that criminals have no chances to disturb you LOL;-))) I regret that I failed to take a photo of that man, his carbine was so big as if he is not a hotel guard, but hippopotamus hunter.

We didn't stay in this hotel.
But I can say that it enjoys central location, it stands on the central pedestrian street. It's newly built and has about 12 rooms for 24 guests. There are casino and restaurant inside.
Type of rooms it has: presidential, apartment type, 2 room luxe, 1 room luxe.

This is quite decent accomodation. I think it is a former hotel for the Communist Party bosses but lately it's been refurbeshed and looks really nice. Well, it's not the top end but still quite bearable....
The rooms have everything necessary, one/two rooms options. In the hotel they have a cafe with karaoke, small restaurant with billiard. It has 19 rooms for 38 guests. Types of rooms: standard, semi luxe, luxe.
The hotel is in the very center. Less than 5 min walking to the Kremlin.
