Modern hotel in the city center
I stayed in a standard room in August 2011. The average price of my stay, with discount for 3-night-stay and no cancel, was about 4000 rubles.
Positive:
- New, clean room
- Wi-fi available free of charge in the room
- Staffs kindly provided good service
- Located near the center
Negative:
- Supply of hot water was limited around 10 a.m.
- Reaction of TV to remote controller was slow
Normal price of a single room is 5500 rubles. I would not choose the hotel at this price...
Unique Quality: A box of condoms is included in the minibar service. It is in the refrigerator and nicely chilled. Is this service Novotel standard? The price was 210 rubles, in my memory.
Cups provided in the room and the bathroom was plastic and looked cheap. They should be glassware in Novotel standard...
