Good conditions
I would recomment this hotel for all of you. It's the most prestigious hotel here in Vologda. Our pop-stars stay here during their concert tours. It's not located in the center of the city but it's calm, convinient... There you'll be able to find billiard, sauna, great restaurant, pub...
Unique Quality: There are different levels of rooms but I can assure you that it you will get not Lux one you'll be satisfied as well. The gap between their price is great but do you need two- or three- room appartment with fireplace? I think that it's better to waste your money to souvenirs :) Speaking about restaurant, I enjoyed mutton shashlik very much! I think that other dishes are great as well. But we had some problems with beer there. There were not the brand which were named in their menu and we had to wait a lot to get some from tins (we guessed). But other points are great!

There are different levels of rooms but I can assure you that it you will get not Lux one you'll be satisfied as well.
