Now this is what I call value for Money!!!
I’m being honest here....At first I did not like the idea of staying in a 2 star Hotel. Once I stayed in a 2 star hotel in Paris and I remember that it was quite a horrible experience. It was too small and quite claustrophobic.
Anyway this time I left it up to the girls and I agreed to stay at the Astra Hotel and I was impressed.
Rooms are spacious and clean. The receptionist was very helpful and we managed to change some money there too.
Breakfast was great! There was a lot to choose from. The waiter was so cute. He could not understand me a lot but he still did his best :-)
The only small problem is that 2 rooms have to share one bathroom. But since the hotel doesn’t get booked up a lot, there is a good chance that the room next to you will be vacant.

MUST BE THE BEST 2 STAR IN THE WORLD
This was my first time in a 2 star hotel and I can say I remained impressed.
It is situated very close to the centre. Maybe 10 min by car or taxi you will be at the centre.
The lobby is quite big and spacious and the receptionist was quite helpful too.
The room was impressively large. Twin beds, good sized wardrobe, desk, TV, fridge, fitted carpet, enough space for luggages and a large balcony.
Every two rooms have to share the shower and the toilet room. This shouldn't be a problem as through our experience and past experiences of other travellers I know, this hotel is never full and they usually give you a room where the sharing room will be vacant so that you don't have to share the shower and toilet room.
The Price is very good. For room only we paid circa Eur 25.
This hotel has a chinese restaurant and another restaurant where we had our breakfast in the morning. The food in this restaurant was quite good and although the guy at the bar knew no English at all we still managed to order what we wanted and he was still very helpful.

- Good restaurant with very cheap yet good food.

No doubt, it was cheap staying there
i stayed there for one night. it is no doubt a cheap hotel, may be a mile away from centre. i payed around £ 15 for a night. the only problem is that you wont find anything to eat after midnight as the restaurant shut at that time. i had a really bad experience and stayed hungry.
i am not sure about the current price.
