    I was very pleased with my stay at the Ibis Hotel. Location was great - five minutes to the restaurants and bars in Old Town and five minutes to the castle.
    Breakfast was additional. It costs 8 euros and includes nice variety of food and drinks.

  • My stay in the Ibis was good except for the fact that they only have double rooms, and as I was a male friend I opted for the couch.

    75 EUR weekend rate for the room and the unique location directly underneath the hrad (castle) makes this hotel outstanding in Bratislava.

    You get the usual "Ibis" standard all over Europe - clean and nice rooms... actually this was the biggest "Ibis" room I've ever seen.

    As the name implies the hotel is fairly central to all the main tourist attractions (we walked everywhere) and enjoys a nice position under the castle. It is a typical Ibis hotel, nothing flash but certainly clean. The room was en-suite and of a decent size with TV and phone. With a winter weekend room rate of 65 euros, I would say it represents good value.

    Should you require refreshment, the pleasant lobby bar is open 24 hoours a day.

    Please excuse the state of the room in the photo. I forgot to take a shot before we'd stayed in it!
