Penzion Toliar: Renovated in 2002

I didn't sleep there, I only ate a lunch in a restaurant placed downstairs. So, I can only say that the place/building was clean, service (in a restaurant, probably the same in a pension) was good although the waiter didn't speak English.

Price list for 2003/2004:
400.00 Sk per person per night that was $11,
9.32 euro or 42.24 Polish zloty.
Add 100.00 Sk for breakfast or 250.00 Sk for breakfast + diner or 350 Sk for 3 meals.
Do not expect large rooms for that (good) price.

Hotel Oravan: The most expensive

Hotal Oravan is the most expensive hotel in Oravsky Podzamok. It was classified as 3-star hotel but please do not expect any luxury there. Notice that 3-star in Slovak hotel often means 2-star in say Austrian one. The building was renovated recently and looked quite interesting and clean. Walking distance to the castle ticket office - approx. 5 min.
I didn't sleep there but I noticed the restaurant located at the ground floor - good, if not the only option for early breakfast in Oravsky Podzamok.

700 - 950 Sk per double room. That was $19.3 - $26,2 or 16.3 - 22.1 Euro or 74 - 95 Polish zl.

Ubytovanie "Pod hradom": Nice looking accommodation

We didn't sleep in Oravsky Podzamok. So, I can only say that this accommodation looked nice and clean. And there was a restaurant: bistro "Pod Hradom" on the ground floor there.
Btw "Ubytovanie" means accommodation in Slovak language.

Small parking lot.
