Friendly and convenient hostel
Excellent ,friendly and clean . We had our own bathroom!! Breakfast is basic but free and there is free internet. It is an easy walk to the town center. 62Euros for a double room

The best hostel I ever stayed in, Vol. II
Vila Veselova opened officially in 2007. A great addition to the local hostel scene I think, this place has soul! It was furnished and organised with a heart and it's located in a very nice villa near the old town of Ljubljana.
We had an ensuite double room (actually the only ensuite double room in the villa), which was not too cheap but great! With 30 EUR per person this actually was the most expensive stay on our 2 week road trip. I didn't see the bigger rooms but I am sure they are nice as well (from what I saw on the website).
Unique Quality: Apart from the very nice and clean room there are some other unique qualities which make Vila Veselova the best hostel I have ever stayed in (Shared No.1 rank together with Wombat's in Vienna!)
Staff is very friendly and more than helpful. All speak great English and know the city and the country very well.
There is a big common room which is equipped with books, telly, free internet and in the morning free breakfast is served here.
They have this nice raspberry sirup next to the sink where you can mix wonderfully sticky lemonade.
Everybody meets on the balcony in the morning because that's where the smokers are. It was a friendly and funny atmosphere here when we stayed here.
Last but not least - the location! The villa is located at the outskirts of the old town (behind Trg Republike) which means you walk something like 5 minutes and you are at the Triple Bridge.
