The lecrin valley.: Changing face of rural accommodation
We wish to assist the indigenous population to gain from the development of sustainable eco-tourism. At the same time we want YOU the visitor, to gain something meaningful from your visit whilst contributing to the development of the villagers’ economic situation. The best reason to choose a Spanish host is the chance of catching a glimpse of the authentic way of life while being allowed the pleasure of discovering things for yourself. To this end we only point to accommodation where you will take part in a wholly Spanish experience which has been locally funded.
One of the delights of travel is to discover differences in cultures from the locals by your own effort. This surely is WHY we travel, to gain first-hand experiences we can’t find in our every-day existence amongst our own countrymen, including the gaffes and blunders. Fortunately, like God, the Spanish love a trier and in the villages you will be amply rewarded for your efforts in communication by being pointed to good lodgings at budget prices.

A little bit of Britain in Andalucia
We spent two nights in this very pretty B&B, our hosts Ken and Mary Ann Silverlock were very friendly, helpful and welcoming.
This little B&B with only two rooms available is very cozy and has an English touch in the least expected places in the small town of Albunuelas.
