Guadacorte

We've stayed at the Guadacorte many times while working at the port.
Rooms are basic but clean, can be a little noisy due to the tile floors.
Weekends tend to be a madhouse due to the constant weddings and events.
Internet is available (wireless) but very iffy depending on your room location.
Tons of great golf just a few minutes to the north.

Unique Quality: Great old world atmosphere, a nice break from the current Spanish trend toward glass and stainless steel. Breakfast or a nightcap on the balcony makes the stay worthwhile. Best coffee I've had in a long time.

Directions: About half way between Algeciras and La Linea
