An oasis in the Desert

Having stayed here on 3 different occasions now, we have been delighted at the quality of the rooms, all with mini-bar, large walk in closet, very comfortable beds, T.V., and 2 of the rooms we stayed in had sofas. They also have balconies or private courtyards.
The cleanlieness and style of the hotel is excellent throughout, and the service second to none. Only down side is not a lot of Enlish spoken, but the staff are all very helpfull, It is very quiet, being away from the coast. For all these reasons I would definately recommend this accomodation to others who are not looking for a place in the middle of a resort.

Unique Quality: There are two sides to the building, a 3* Hotel, which is where we stayed, and a 2* Hostal. There are also 2 restaurants, the one on the Hotel side serving a la carte cuisine that would do any French chef proud, and the other, next to the bar serving a more economical fayre, such as tapas and bocadillos, plus a menu del dia or carte. Both restaurants are excellent in their own right. The Hotel has also a bar, gymnasium, sauna and spa bath, as well as a swimming pool. There is also a beautiful garden, and the Hotel side is laid out so that you think you are going into a private appartment, not like a Hotel corridor. The views out accross the mountains are spectacular, and it is ideally situated to explore the Desierto de Tabernas, only a few kms from the Motorbike circuit at Sorbas, and has an excellent Horse riding school just outside Tabernas.
