Hi,
I'm attending a wedding in Mojacar in June.
I plan on flying into Almeria airport and departing from Alicante airport.
I won't have my own transport.
Could someone tell me if there is a public bus between Mojacar and both airports or will I have to make other arrangements?

It's a shame you are not hiring a car as the drive from Almeria Airport to Mojocar is a lovely one especially if you go via the coast. Anyway that wasn't your question & the simple answer is no there will not be any public transport from either airport directly to Mojocar. Not so sure about trains but a useful website to check out regarding airport transfers in www.toandfromtheairport.com . Enjoy your trip, Darren.

Is it possible to rent a car in Mojacar??
1. Try www.alsa.es as this bus/coach service serves Mojacar from Almeria and Alicante airports. The service is pretty sparce.
2. Rent a car through www.economycarhire.com. I do not know how long you wish to stay. It might be feasable to rent a car for your first and last three days if you are staying for a fortnight for example.
3. There are expat Brits who do Airport Transfers in their private cars. Collection from Almeria airport would cost around €65.00 and transfer to Alicante airport would cost around €100.00 (Euros not GBP).
This town is known for its artisan activity (pottery, Spanish rugs and esparto).
The coast has an amazing beauty with small coves difficult to reach, like San Pedro, Enmedio Cove or Rajá Cove; open beaches like those of the Genoveses, with dunes like that of Mónsul.
The beaches of the small coastal towns of San José, Agua Amarga, Las Negras, La Isleta, Los Escullos or San Miguel of Cabo de Gata are also recommendable.
This is a very small town in the cabo de gata region. We stopped of here for a quick photo stop so as to speak.
For a small one horse town it has a fantasic beach and this lovely old church which looks like the essence of tranquility surrounded by such unspoilt nature.
