Another view of Benalmadena and the promenade, looking towards the harbour. All very clean and tidy, but a week later this area was devistated by a severe storm. Beach front shops damaged, pavements lifted and tons of sand and other debris strewn over the promenade. It didn't take long, however, before the authorities and local population started clearing things up.
