Could anyone recommend a hotel within walking distance of the railway station in Benalmadena for end of Feb?

The railway station classed as Benalmadena is actually in Arroyo de la miel. I can't recall any hotels within walking distance. The majority of the hotels are on the coast. There is a taxi rank and a bus stop just outside the station though.

Shelia a taxi from the station, with 2 suitcase's... down to most hotels is around €6.5..
On a nice day, why not go for a relaxing boat trip to Malaga or Fuengirola? Trips along the Torremolinos coast are also available for 10 or more people. The journey time to either Malaga is about 75 minutes, and Fuengirola is about an hour. The return fares were (March 2003) 10 Euros to Fuengirola and 11 Euros to Malaga.
The Tivoli Amusement park is located in Arroyo de la Miel a complex within the Benalmadena town limits. Tivoli world has been the only amusement park of its kind on the costa del sol for more than 20 years now.
Tivoli has Flamenco dancing shows, Wild West shows, Live music, Restaurants and
Children's shows.
We visit Spain at least once a year to relax. Flight time from Belfast to Malaga is under 3 hours and the transfer to Torremolinos or Benelmadena is 20 mins.
This is our 12th time on the Costa del Sol (July 2010) and 17th total for all of Spain including Majorca and Gran Caneria. We love Benelmadena so that is why we return year after year.
The last few years we have not ventured too far from Torremolinos or Benelmadena as we have done most of the day trips along the coast ie Gibraltar x 3 times, Rhonda, Mijas, Granada and Alhambra, Nerja, Marbella etc
