This place is really good, and popular, it is just down the road from Bonanza Square. There are many good and inexpensive chinese retaurants in Benalmadena but the food here is really nice too. 4 courses for 4 euros from the set special Menu! Starter/Main Course/Rice dish/Coffee or Ice Cream, plus a complementary drink at the end :) Also there are individual dishes and set menus for 2 (13 Euros) and a menu for children. The Hot and Sour Soup is really nice
Now that I have added tips on the Paseo Maritimo and the beaches and marina I just wanted to add some pictures of the main street in Benalmádena, Avenuda Antonio Machado. That street runs straight from Torremolinos, as Benalmádena and Torremolinos are adjacent, and there would be no telling where one town ends and the other town begins if it weren't for the sign with Benalmádena on one side and Torremolinos on the other side (I added a photo of the sign).
On Avenuda Antonio Machado, which runs through the town of Benalmádena, parallel to the beaches, there are a lot of shops, restaurants and supermarkets, hotels and bars along with some discotheques.
Benalmadena is some 20 Kms west of Malaga,the capital city of Andalucia, and located at a place known as 'Hoya de Málaga', - The Malaga Hole - and overlooked by the Mijas Mountains.
