Hostal Osio is a 2 star hostel located on C/ Osio in the historic center of Cordoba. Hostal Osio received an 84% satisfaction rating. Positive reviewer comments included close proximity to major attractions, attractive courtyards, clean rooms, and nice staff. Reviewers also said this is a great hostel, incredible value for money. There were few negative comments such as the beds were uncomfortable, the hostel is not staffed at night with English speakers, the street is quiet BUT if your room has a window on streetside you could possibly hear the garbage van coming at 4:00 in the morning. According to guests, there are 5 “prized” private parking spaces. Amenities include a small "internet room", 24-hour front desk, facilities for guests with disabilities, safe, heating, air conditioning, and designated Smoking Area.
Planned to stay for two nights and added a third. Great staff, quiet, good beds, large rooms, powerful a/c, well-equipped, and handy coffee and drink machines off the patio. They also had a collection of games and books. A complete delight.

Not only the staff was very helpful and nice but the place was great.
Hostal osios is located just in the historic center of Cordoba (5 minutes walking from the Mezquita).
The rooms were very clean, the patio was a great place to relax.
Internet is also available in the hotel (a plus that no hostel in andalucia provides).
The staff is here to help you make your stay in cordoba as easy as possible.

I have been having such trouble finding a cheap place to stay Easter week, and have found Hostal Osio to have a room, or the backpackers....Albergue Juvenil de Cordoba. Anyone have experience with either of these? I seem to only be able to reserve the Hostal Osio through sol.com and wondered if anyone has had experience with reserving through this website...is it reliable?
Also, is there enough to see in Cordoba for two days?

I had trouble finding a place on a non-holiday, so if you've found something I'd say go for it.
Cordoba definitely has plenty to see over 2 days. For one thing, you'll probably get lost several times walking the curvy old streets. The mosque is so amazing you may want to visit more than once. I also enojyed the gardens at the Alcazar. Mostly I loved wandering around the old town. Opening times were odd, I wanted to see the synagogue but missed it.

stayed in the youth hostel last year in June - friendly reception , very clean en-suite rooms, very quiet, patio with tables and full of flowers in the centre - would recommend you stay here. I booked through hi-hostels, if I remember right.
stayed two nights - enough to keep you busy with the Mezquita, the castle gardens, synagogue (also a centro cultural nearby), walk by the river and the jardines botanicos.
