I think you can get a bus to Malaga and another on to Granada.

Bus to Nerja is green and white/cream (sorry forget the company) but have looked up the times - http://www.frigilianatoday.com/transport/bus-timetables/ and I think the schedule changes/lessens for the winter. Then bus Nerja to Granada with - http://www.alsa.es/portal/site/Alsa
No recall if there is a tourist office which could assist if you are there, (or the Ajuntamiento).

Once you're in Granada the bus leaves from the square (with fountains) at the intersection of Calles Reyes Catolicos and Calle Pavaneras. It's a nice walk down into the city, but you'll be glad of the bus to take you up :-) It's quite an exciting bus journey up through the narrow streets too.
Travel Tips for Frigiliana
Beautiful white and steppy streets
by spanishguy
Walking though Frigiliana is always a pleasure. Its walls are always completly white and there is a special atmosphere which bring you back to ancient times, where the villages had narrow streets and the houses had its wall painted in white and very small windows trying to avoid the heat as much as possible.

Wander around
by Carmela71
You can find itineraries if you go first to the tourist office, that is sited at the beginning of the village.
It is good if you plan to follow the ceramic tiles, so they give you a map to follow it.
But i had never done it lol, always gone there and enjoy a good walk with no plan at all.
I guess after being there many times I may do always similar itineraries, but never planned lol
FRIGILIANA
by LoriPori
You can experience the real Spain in the beautifufl white village of FRIGILIANA. Narrow cobblestone streets lined by whitewashed houses, their wrought iron balconies filled with planters of brilliant red geraniums. Frigiliana has just recently been discovered by tourists and I have noticed that quite a few tour companies are now including a visit here with a stop in Nerja.
Situated in the foothills of the Sierra de Enmedio, Frigiliana is such a picturesque village to visit.
Plants and flowers - Plantas y flores
by spanishguy
In spite of it's a city with very narrow streets and there is no space to have trees you are going to see a lot of plans and flowers during your stroll. People look after their flower-plots next to their houses or at the entrance of the passeges, giving to Frigiliana a charming atmosphere.
