As far as I´m aware there is no ramps for disabled persons on Fuengirola public transport buses.

I'm from malaga and I can personally tell you that Torremolinos's city has special ramps for people that like you, have this problem
I think fuengirola hasn't got this facilities,so is better to go to Torremolinos

I think this will be useful for you

As far as I am aware the buses don't have facilities to board a wheelchair. However the new trains defanatly do, it is the centre carrage and it has the lower doors so you are able to wheel on-board. If you are not familiar with the train system, it runs from Fuengirola to Malaga and has about 15 stops along the way including places like Torremolinos-Benalmadena and all stations are now wheelchair friendly with lifts for access.

Travel Tips for Fuengirola

PLAZA DE LA CONSTITUCION

by LoriPori

The centre of Fuengirola is conserved in its layout, in the structure of its streets, squares, gardens and houses -- a typical Andalusian town. Short narrow streets with shops, bars, banks and restaurants branch out from the PLAZA DE LA CONSTITUCION.

A Spanish Mercado Municipal in Fuengirola.

by Waalewiener

I am now coming from the beach area and from Plaza San Rafael and in this busy street that goes back to Fuengirola centre I saw this nice Mercado Municipal ,(Municipal Market), there is allready an example how narrow and busy this street is.

Frigiliana

by mvtouring

As part of the best day excursion I ever took which was discover Andalucia, we visited the small town of Frigiliana and had some tapas there. It was such a cute little town, I just fell in love with it. This picture was taken at the fountain in the little square.
